Vacation Bible School

 

 

 

Sandy Creek Baptist Church held its annual Vacation Bible School the week of June 21-25. Throughout the week, we had 124 different participants and 64 different volunteers attending the High Seas Expedition. Each night participants enjoyed music, watched Bible stories come to life, played games that taught about God’s Word, watched the Chadder video, created a craft as a reminder of the memory verse, ate snacks that represented the night’s Bible story, and finally, enjoyed Pastor Austin’s closing skit. The event culminated on Sunday, June 27th with singing from the children, a picture slideshow, and our annual cookout. We look forward to an exciting change in next year’s theme: Group’s Holy Land Adventure: Hometown Nazareth.
